What will you do? Use a hammer and/or saw to correct quality issues in the assembly pallets. Lifts pallets to examine pallets, removes defective boards, and corrects nail-related issues. Understands pallet specifications and modifications necessary for customers. Responsible for troubleshooting jams, and basic maintenance of the quality control station.

Duties Include: Willing to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environment Attention to detail & commitment to quality Inspect pallets visually for defects including, but not limited to, broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris and contamination. Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.

Remove damaged boards with a pry bar/hammer. Cleans area during and at the end of shift. May be required to work frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts. Performs other duties as required. Skills Must be 18+ years old Basic tool knowledge is a plus Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.
