Position : Junior Data Analyst Qualifications : B.com Experience: 2-3years Salary : 15k-25k per month Accounting Software : Zoho Roles and Responsibilities:- ● Zoho Implementation & Consultation: ○ Actively participate in Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory implementation projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. ○ Assist in configuring system settings, chart of accounts, and financial workflows based on client requirements.
○ Conduct rigorous testing of new Zoho setups to ensure functionality and data integrity before client handover. ○ Train and support client accounting teams, guiding them on best practices and effective use of Zoho features to manage their day-to-day operations. ● Financial Accounting & Finalization: ○ Assist clients with the month-end and year-end finalization of accounts directly within Zoho Books.
○ Provide expert support to ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation within the Zoho environment. ○ Troubleshoot and resolve any accounting or system-related queries for our clients. ● Data Analysis & Dashboarding: ○ Design, develop, and deploy insightful and visually compelling dashboards using Zoho Analytics.
○ Integrate data from Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and other relevant sources to create unified and comprehensive financial reports. ○ Work with clients to understand their key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate them into meaningful analytics dashboards for decision-making. ● Client & Team Collaboration: ○ Serve as a key technical resource for both our internal team and our clients on all things related to the Zoho Finance suite.
○ Collaborate with senior consultants to ensure project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded. CA FIRM EXPERIENCE IS MENDATORY About Company
