Direct Support Buddy – Part Time Family Care Solutions | Davenport, IA Looking for meaningful part-time job where you can make a difference? Family Care Solutions is hiring Part-Time Direct Support Buddies to help individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities build independence and reach their personal goals. No experience required, training provided!

What You'll Do

Support individuals with daily living and independence skills Encourage social, communication, and safety skills Assist with household tasks and healthy lifestyle habits Help individuals participate in community activities Support personal goals and skill development Schedule This position is 15–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM, with flexible scheduling.

Two weekends per month are also required, with flexibility to choose the weekends that work best for you. It can be an ideal role for, but not limited to, teachers, social workers, occupational therapists, or students interested in special education, social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or human services.
