What we ask University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or similar) or equivalent work experience Strong communication skills in English (both written & oral) Experience with ERP system(s) (SAP) and/or reporting tools (e.g. HFM or PowerBI) Confident Excel skills Proactive and outcome-focused attitude, eagerness to learn Analytical and numerical skills: Data-driven approach with strong analytical capabilities Additional qualities we are looking for: Dutch or other European language knowledge can be a plus Chartered accountant qualification or certificate in International Financial Reporting is an advantage High attention to details and accuracy Resilience, ability to adopt change Prioritization skills Basic project management skills Continuous improvement mindset and/or experience with LEAN What we offer A wide range of benefits: Cafeteria package Home office allowance Sustainable travel allowance Met.
