Guest Service Agent, F/T - Holiday Inn Express, Paso Robles

The Holiday Inn Express, Paso Robles is seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent/Guest Service Agent who will offer exceptional customer service to all guests from initial phone call to check in to check out and everything in between. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and communicate clearly and effectively to guests and coworkers.

This is a full-time position and must be able to work Friday/Saturday and Sunday evening shifts and holidays if your regular scheduled days. This position will also train for Night Audit and Breakfast Attendant, Conditions: Must be able to stand for long periods of time, speak clearly on the telephone and must be able to see/read computer screen.

Lift up to 10 pounds frequently. Will be required to obtain food handlers and RBS certification upon hire.
