We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our growing dealership accounting office. This position is responsible for supporting a variety of accounting and administrative functions while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of dealership financial records.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Post vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions

• Reconcile schedules, statements, and general ledger accounts

• Process customer refunds and dealership checks

• Assist with warranty and receivable reconciliations

• Audit deal paperwork for completeness and accuracy

• Prepare daily deposits and maintain cash receipts records

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

• Maintain vendor and customer account records

• Support title, billing, and cancellation functions as needed

• Perform general clerical and administrative accounting duties

Qualifications

• Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience preferred

• Automotive dealership experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
