We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our Logistics Team. The primary focus of this position is to guide customers through the car shipping process and provide exceptional support if logistical challenges arise.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with on-line questions, issues, website navigation, order tracking via email, phone, chat etc. as needed. Manage customer support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying customer’s needs. Act as the face of the Company to influence customers to order from us again.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in English Previous experience in Customer Support/Service and the e-commerce industry. Familiarity with Zendesk or other ticket-based support platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle stressful situations. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
