Registered Nutritionist - Per Diem

Identify patients at nutritional risk. Provide expert nutrition assessments assigned based on the patients/clients as appropriate to the ages of the growth and development through the life cycle factors (Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics, and Obstetrics). Perform Nutrition Focused Physical Exams to assess a patient's nutritional status and identify malnutrition.

Determine and document calorie and protein needs as indicated by established Nutrition Care management criteria. Develop and implement a medical nutrition care plan based on the assessment and needs of the patient, as appropriate to the ages of the patient's growth and development through the life cycle factors (Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics).
