Commercial Flooring Installer

Immediately hiring a Flooring Installer for a large flooring company in San Antonio. Please call/text 210-664-2680 Pay is up to $35/hr. based on experience Schedule is Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm with OT available Duties: Install commercial flooring materials, including carpet, tile, sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl tile (LVT), vinyl composition tile (VCT), rubber flooring, and laminate in commercial and corporate facilities.

Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials to ensure accurate installation and a professional finish. Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, grinding, patching, and removing existing flooring before installation. Apply adhesives, sealants, and moisture barriers according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements.

Install cove base, transition strips, stair treads, and trim to complete flooring projects. Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and work orders. Operate hand and power tools, including floor scrapers, grinders, rollers, seam cutters, and heat welders. Corporate office buildings, historical landmarks, restorations.

Carpentry, flooring installs/removals, ceramic, carpet, vinyl, wood.

Requirements
