Substitute Cashiers- On Call

The Brattleboro Food Co-op is looking for energetic, team-oriented Front End Staff to help cover team member shifts, while on vacation, on leave, or during the co-ops peak seasons.

What You’ll Be Doing: Cashing out our customers using a POS system Money and Credit/Debit Card handling Providing customers with the ultimate customer experience Answer customer questions or get the answers to customer questions Closing out the cash till at the end of the shift May include help opening and closing the store Side work as assigned, keep work area tidy etc.

Requirements

Must be able to work evening and weekends Ability to pick up shifts on an on call basis (some may be scheduled in advance) Ability to use a scanner and count cash drawer at the end of the shift. Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication Ability to stand stand for long perionds of time. Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
