- Participate in analysis of users' needs, design of events and strategy for users.
- Establish the paid user service system, be responsible for the whole chain of paid users service experience, and enhance users’ willingness to consume through experience optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with user’s methodology.
- With work experience in live operation/users operation/community operation preferred.
- Efficient execution, result-oriented and responsible for results, will take the initiative to track and feedback on the work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
