We are looking for therapists that are available weekdays, no weekends available at this tie. Must have prior PT experience; home health experience preferred but not required! As a home health physical therapist , you’ll be part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team including RNs, LPNs, LNAs, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Social Workers, and administrative staff 🤝, providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Per diem support all of the 4 territories.

Minimum Qualifications

✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy 2+ years of general PT experience, or 1 year at PT I level within UVM Health Home Health & Hospice with strong performance Home health experience preferred, but not required, we can train the right person!
