Clinic Lead - Outpatient Multispecialty Clinic

Position Summary

The Clinic Lead supports the day-to-day operations of the outpatient multispecialty clinic while continuing to perform their primary role as either a Medical Assistant or Office Coordinator. This position serves as an extension of the Practice Manager by assisting with daily workflow coordination, operational communication, and problem-solving. The Clinic Lead is a resource for staff and providers, helping ensure efficient clinic operations, excellent patient experiences, and timely communication of operational concerns. In the absence of the Practice Manager or Director, the Clinic Lead serves as the primary point of contact for routine operational matters and escalates issues requiring leadership intervention.
