Welder II- 2nd shift

The Welder II uses welding techniques and machines to fabricate or repair metal parts. This involves working from specifications and ensuring proper care of welding equipment. Operate welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products Perform layout, cutting and welding work as required Complete welding of components according to procedures Arrange parts for welding and staging processes Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications Set up welding machines based on specifications of the job Use specialized gas metal arc welding techniques and equipment to join pieces of metal together Work from specifications, drawings, prints, and welding symbols Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in area of responsibility.

Experience in manufacturing, technology, or aerospace and defense with the ability to set up welding machine for aluminum
