Our US operations are housed on our state-of-the-art manufacturing and marketing campus in Rockford, Illinois. We are currently accepting applications for a Finished Goods Warehouse Team Member. Primary Responsibilities include: This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position requiring accurate processing and packaging of 300 plus shipments per workday. Must have ability to stand, walk, lift, stretch and bend frequently for duration of shift; involves frequent lifting and moving products weighing up to 50 pounds. Will be responsible for one or more of the following tasks as determined by workflow need and management placement: Pulling orders and returning stock to inventory Organizing stock Monitor inventory and conduct cycle counts Accurate shipping of products to customers Scan individual parts and invoice, logging shipment into AS 400 system and verifying accuracy Packaging of shipment and printing shipping label from UPS/ Fed EX manifest Unpacking shipments, receiving orders, and updating database Skills/Qualifications: Previous experience within an inventory, warehousing, or retail environment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor with the ability to keep a cool head in stressful situations Works well independently as well as in groups with limited supervision Detail orientated with emphasis on accuracy and count verification Highly organized with the capability to multi-task and uphold high volume work loads Ability to initiate tasks to be completed with little or no direction Computer literate utilizing Microsoft Outlook and AS400 or similar system preferred. This is an on-site, full-time position that may require intermittent overtime based on workflow demands (including potential for long shifts and/or weekend work). Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work well independently, as well as with others, in a team environment. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess a good work ethic, demonstrate reliable and punctual work habits, demonstrate safety consciousness, and always conduct themselves in a professional manner. The Salary range for this position is $17-18/hr.
