Compensation & Compliance Associate (Ridgefield Park, NJ)

Hiossen is seeking a Compensation & Compliance Associate to administer payroll, employee benefits, and leave programs while supporting compliance with applicable federal, state and local requirements. Reporting to the HR Manager, this position manages accurate payroll processing, benefits reconciliation, audit documentation, and confidential records.

The role also coordinates employee inquiries, required reporting, and corrective actions with internal departments and external providers.
