Education, Training and Experience High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Previous similar experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work as a part of a team Good interpersonal and communication (spoken/written) skills; ability to positively motivate and influence people Possess good manual dexterity and be able to perform repetitive tasks Ability to learn new repair tasks quickly Ability to follow established procedures and maintain a steady output Be able to lift, stoop, bend and perform various other physical activities throughout the day, which may include some heavy lifting at times Highly reliable with demonstrated record of accomplishment Duties and Responsibilities Primarily responsibilities include but are not limited to; Clean the interior of the building including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, phones Clean and maintain restrooms Clean and maintain breakroom including refrigerators, microwaves, coffee pots, etc.

Empty trash Stock and maintain supply areas, making sure supplies are ordered when needed Vacuum, sweep and mop floors Wash and clean windows and mirrors Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions Other duties as assigned Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Properly store and maintain parts, tools, test equipment and documentation Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and meet daily assigned goals Flexibility to work 1 st or 2 nd shift as demands increase/decrease Employment Eligibility Verification Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.
