Job description
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field. 10+ years in digital transformation, ERP/Supply Chain/Finance/HR technologies, or operational excellence. Strong knowledge of ERP (Microsoft BC 365), WMS/TMS, HRIS, and finance systems. Solid understanding of transactional processes (O2C, P2P, AP/AR/R2R) and supply‑chain flows.
Experience managing incidents, system integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent stakeholder‑management, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Job Description Summary The Middle/Back Office Business Partner acts as the strategic interface between Digital Transformation and all enabling functions — Supply Chain, After Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Enterprise Performance.
The role ensures that middle/back-office platforms (ERP, WMS, TMS, financial systems, HR systems, BI/analytics) operate reliably, evolve in line with the business roadmap, and support operational excellence across IPSO’s multi country footprint. This includes strategic projects, process changes, and full lifecycle incident/problem management for core systems.
Job Description Serve as the primary liaison between Digital Transformation and Supply Chain, Finance, HR and After‑Sales operational leaders—translating functional needs into digital requirements across ERP, WMS, TMS, and enabling applications. Co Develop and execute the Middle/Back‑Office Digital Roadmap , including ERP modernization (ERP Microsoft BC 365), financial processes (O2C/AP/AR/R2R), HRIS evolution, and data‑integration priorities.
Lead strategic digital projects across operational domains—covering process harmonisation, ERP modules, supply‑chain digitalization, After‑Sales operational tools, financial automation, and HR digital workflows. Manage change‑management activities , ensuring users adopt new processes and tools through communication, training, UAT coordination, and readiness assessments.
Own incident, problem, and service‑request management for all middle/back‑office systems (ERP, WMS, TMS, HCM, finance & controlling systems), ensuring continuity and SLA compliance in line with IPSO transition and ITIL frameworks(or similar). Ensure integration consistency across ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, HRIS and BI platforms, guaranteeing data quality across operational and financial processes.
(Reflecting strong integration flows shown in the Agri Division digital architecture.) Partner with BI & Analytics teams to define KPIs, strengthen data models, and deliver operational/financial dashboards (SCM KPIs, absorption, stock turns, fill rate, financial reporting, HR insights). (Aligned with enterprise‑performance reporting needs in digitalisation decks.)
Identify and prioritize continuous‑improvement opportunities across procurement, inventory, logistics, After‑Sales, Finance, HR, and compliance workflows using process‑mapping and data‑driven insights. Manage vendors and implementation partners , ensuring high‑quality delivery, compliance, and alignment with IPSO’s target digital architecture.
Support long‑term digital platform evolution , evaluating new technologies (automation, AI, workflow tools, cloud services) to strengthen efficiency and reduce fragmentation across middle/back‑office processes.
