Agriculture & Livelihood Assistant

General Position Summary The Agriculture & Livelihood Assistant reports to the Project Manager and provides direct field-level support to the implementation of agricultural and livelihood activities under the RFS project in Anaba and Abshar districts. This role supports beneficiary identification, training delivery, agricultural input distribution, and day‑to‑day monitoring of livelihood and smallholder agriculture interventions.

The Assistant works closely with communities, CBPP committees, technical trainers, and site engineers to ensure that all agricultural and livelihood activities follow Mercy Corps’ standards, WFP guidelines, and local agronomic calendars.
