Driver - CNA

Join the Paradigm Healthcare team as a CNA Van Driver! We are a Skilled Nursing Facility seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual! Job Duties Maintain a written schedule of patient appointments Safely load and unload patients from vehicle, accompany to physician office, and stay with patient if needed Arrange appointment times to allow flexibility to remain with patient if necessary Deliver and pick up medical documents from physician offices Provide transport services as directed Ensure that vehicle is in safe and working condition, suitable for resident to load, unload and be transported in the vehicle Provide direct nursing care, under direct supervision/direction of a nurse, in accordance with federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and prudent nursing judgment.
