Research Dietitian

Prepares accurate patient nutritional care and designs and implements diets to align with study protocols. Trains dietary data coordinators, collects and enters study data, analyzes nutritional records, and oversees the certification of all nutrition research assistants. Assists physicians and faculty with regulatory documents, study preparation, and grants and reports.

Develops tailored materials and provides assistance with nutrition-related tasks.
