Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the sterile field during ophthalmic surgeries. Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies as needed. Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use. Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment. Follow all safety and infection control protocols.

Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient procedures.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a scrub technician, preferably in ophthalmology. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
