Junior Logistics Specialist

Job Purpose:

To support the logistics team in coordinating and executing day-to-day shipping, inventory, and transportation activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of marine spare parts.

Data Entry & Reporting	Enter logistics data into systems and assist in generating reports on shipment status and inventory.
Communication	Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
Problem Identification	Identify and report logistical issues and delays to senior staff for resolution.
Continuous Learning	Participate in training programs to develop logistics knowledge and skills.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields preferred
• Basic understanding of logistics processes and terminology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn ERP/logistics software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
