Corporate Paralegal & Legal Operations Specialist

Works as a member of the Legal Department to provide legal, operational, and administrative support to the General Counsel and other attorneys within the department. This position combines traditional paralegal responsibilities with operations, technology, process improvement, contract administration, corporate insurance administration, and management of the Bank's Medallion Signature Guarantee Program.

The position is responsible for supporting commercial lending activities and related legal matters, managing key legal department programs and processes, leveraging legal technology and AI tools to improve efficiency, coordinating corporate insurance matters, administering the Bank's Medallion Signature Guarantee Program, and assisting with contract review and administration.
