PACE KC Life Enrichment Specialist

As a Life Enrichment Specialist for PACE KC, you will be part of a team of caregivers to provide care for the people who need it most. The Life Enrichment Specialist is responsible for the planning, supervision, and implementation of recreational programs for participants and functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team.

The Life Enrichment Specialist builds a sense of community and a warm social atmosphere for the participants, evaluates their needs, and develops group and individual programming to meet those needs. You will also coordinate social, recreational, purposeful, and spiritual activities for participants in the PACE KC Adult Wellness Center and in their homes, whose needs include psychological, physical, and cognitive challenges.
