I earned my bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, where I was trained as a law enforcement officer in the National Guard. Giving back is important to me, and I’m an active member of the Chanhassen Rotary Club, supporting charitable efforts both locally and globally.

I also volunteer my time coaching youth sports in the community. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
