Aqua Aerobics Instructor

Pay: $40–$50/hour, based on experience Job Type: Part-time, Contract/Hourly Location: TPC Prestancia, Sarasota, FL About the Role TPC Prestancia is looking for an energetic, professional Aqua Aerobics Instructor to lead group fitness classes in our newly remodeled pool. We're building this program from the ground up, so this is a great opportunity for an instructor who wants to help shape a new offering at a high-end private club.

Schedule will be developed around member demand, so there's flexibility for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead engaging, safe, and effective water aerobics classes for members
• Modify workouts to accommodate a range of fitness levels and abilities
• Arrive early to set up equipment and ensure the pool area is ready for class
• Represent the club professionally and build strong relationships with members
• Help grow class attendance and shape the program as it develops
• Follow all pool safety and club policies Qualifications
• Experience teaching aqua aerobics or group fitness preferred
• A current fitness or aquatics instructor certification (any recognized certifying body) is a plus
• Comfortable and professional interacting with members in an upscale club environment
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Reliable and punctual Schedule
• Flexible — class days/times will be scheduled based on member demand
