Dispatch Lead
Job description
The Dispatch Lead coordinates all Inbound scheduling including live appointments, drops, rail, ocean containers, and creates a daily Inbound schedule. The Dispatch Lead schedules and processes all LTLs (HD, Walmart, Amazon, RPS, etc.) The Dispatch Lead is the primary contact for customers regarding inbound or outbound issues or questions. The Dispatch Lead manages dispatchers and confers with warehouse management to coordinate warehouse and dispatch operations effectively.
