No previous insurance experience is required. We provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

Meet virtually with clients using Zoom. Build relationships by understanding each client's needs. Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options. Guide clients through the enrollment process. Respond to client questions and provide outstanding customer service. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Participate in ongoing virtual training and professional development.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Self-motivated and dependable. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet. Customer service, retail, healthcare, hospitality, banking, education, military, or sales experience is helpful—but not required .

Compensation

is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position. Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
