Lum’s Auto Center is looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and community-minded Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our growing service team! In this role, you’ll connect with customers, coordinate service appointments, help identify maintenance and recall needs, and make it easier for people to care for their vehicles. You don’t have to be a car expert to be successful. Our philosophy is simple: CARS. KINDNESS. COMMUNITY. What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments. Help customers find convenient appointment times and understand their service needs. Identify potential maintenance and recall opportunities to help customers keep their vehicles safe and well maintained. Build positive customer relationships through friendly, professional, and helpful communication. Listen to customer concerns, answer questions, resolve routine issues, and connect customers with the right team members when needed. Keep accurate customer records, appointment details, call notes, and follow-up information. Meet individual and team goals for customer service, productivity, and quality. Look for ways to improve the customer experience and make our processes more efficient. Perform other duties as assigned. Pay, Schedule & Benefits Pay: $19 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based increases and incentives. Employment: Full-time or part-time opportunity available. Schedule: Day shift; availability to work Saturdays is required.

What We’re Looking For Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet applications. Ability to learn new software and retain information. A professional, friendly, and positive demeanor. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
