🔧 What You'll Do 🚙 Assist the Service Manager with daily service and parts department operations. 🤝 Deliver an outstanding customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup. 📅 Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians. 💬 Prepare estimates, explain repair recommendations, and keep customers informed.

📈 Monitor repair progress and ensure timely communication. ⭐ Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care. 🎯 Help drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. 👥 Support employee training, coaching, and team development. 🦺 Ensure compliance with dealership policies and safety standards. ✅ What We're Looking For 🚗 Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager preferred.

Previous experience as a parts advisor or manager 💼 Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. 💰 Previous sales experience preferred. ⚡ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 🚀 Self-starter who takes initiative and follows projects through. 👨💼 Leadership experience is a plus.
