NPI Material Planner

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for foundry and OSAT partners.
• Manage production rhythms, including regular JDP (Joint Development Program) and production meetings to resolve technical roadblocks. Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering, Quality, and SCM teams.
• Translate complex technical challenges into actionable business strategies (risk management, lead time optimization).

Requirements

& Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in semiconductor wafer backend process engineering or related SCM/manufacturing operations.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of backend manufacturing processes (wafer prep, dicing methodologies, sorting characteristics, etc.).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and commercial delivery timelines.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) to facilitate collaboration with global vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving mindset to handle unexpected operational issues under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in semiconductor NPI and supply chain risk mitigation during high-pressure or supply-constrained scenarios.
