Bring Orthopedic Innovation to Life • Pioneer new manufacturing methods and process technologies that push orthopedic implant and instrument production forward. • Build expertise across multiple machining platforms. • Mentor and develop manufacturing team members. • Champion the implementation of and compliance with ARCH’s Quality System. • Develop clear product and process specifications and supporting documentation. • Lead projects with confidence, scheduling and running meetings with published minutes and action plans. • Build engineering masters in the ERP system, and program and verify CNC code before it reaches the floor. • Design fixtures and workholding solutions, and support machine setup.
