Our subsidiaries include Alliance Title & Escrow, AmeriTitle, Kittitas Title and Escrow, and Momentum Title Agency. 🚀 Your Mission As a Locator II, you’ll take the lead in analyzing spatial data, designing digital maps, and mentoring junior team members.

This role is ideal for experienced GIS professionals ready to make a bigger impact. 🔍 What You’ll Do Analyze spatial data using mapping software. Design and maintain digital maps and geographic databases. Convert physical maps to digital formats. Create data visualizations and reports. Lead special projects and support junior staff development.

🧠 What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 3–4 years of progressive GIS or geography experience. Advanced math and mapping skills. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS tools. Placement within the range depends on experience, skills, and qualifications, and pay may be adjusted for candidates outside the Boise area.
