Compounder - 2nd Shift

The Compounder is responsible for accurately weighing and preparing specific chemicals according to established recipes for use in the rubber production process. A successful Compounder works safely and efficiently, follows recipes and procedures precisely, and makes decisions grounded in Mountville’s core values: Do the Right Thing, Do What Is Best for the Customer, and Drive Improvements and Innovation.

Accuracy is critical to this role. Each chemical and weight must be measured correctly to ensure production receives properly prepared materials and finished products meet customer requirements.
