Senior Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager with strong technical judgement, people-management capabilities, and experience driving complex engineering initiatives. You will lead an engineering team and help improve product delivery, system reliability, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires the ability to connect business priorities with long-term technical development, identify critical issues across the engineering organization, and drive continuous improvements in team capability, engineering practices, and delivery mechanisms.

You will also play a key role in major technical decisions, complex projects, and the continued development of the engineering organization.
