You'll be assigned a mentor, supported by your manager and encouraged to take ownership of your development through regular feedback and career conversations. As part of the programme, you'll gain hands-on experience on live projects while working alongside experts across a range of disciplines. You'll also have the opportunity to compete for our annual Graduate Award, with the successful graduate receiving a fully funded Level 9 Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.

Student Placements & Internships Not graduating yet? We welcome students seeking placement opportunities and industry experience. Our student placements provide valuable exposure to real projects, helping you apply your academic learning while developing practical skills in a professional environment.
