Customer Service / Sales Support

Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Support Location: Oxnard, CA Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $25.00–$27.00/hour Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Service / Sales Support Representative to assist the Sales team with customer accounts, order processing, purchasing, and general office operations. This position will communicate with customers, manufacturers, and vendors and support multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Support Sales Representatives with customer accounts and daily sales activities. Communicate with customers regarding orders, product availability, and general questions. Serve as a liaison between customers, Sales, manufacturers, and vendors. Review and process customer purchase orders. Create and submit purchase orders to manufacturers and vendors.

Track open orders and follow up with vendors as needed. Assist with purchasing, pricing, and vendor communication. Assist with Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, account questions, and payment follow-up. Assist with Accounts Payable, including reviewing invoices and resolving discrepancies. Maintain accurate customer, order, and purchasing information.

Prepare professional emails and correspondence. Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience with Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, and/or Accounts Payable. Customer service, sales support, or related office experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write professional emails with proper grammar and spelling. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. SAP or similar ERP experience is a plus. Spanish language skills are a plus. Professional, dependable, and adaptable. Willingness to learn and assist in different areas of the business. Work Details Temp-to-hire position in Oxnard, CA. Works closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams.
