As a Shift Leader, you will set the tone and lead the whole crew and be responsible for everything during the shift including managing product quality, customer relations, driver dispatch, inventory control, store profitability, and more. This is a great way to acquire skills you’ll need in life or to become a Restaurant General Manager.
