Bilingual Distribution Center Operations Manager

The Bilingual Distribution Center Operations Manager is responsible for P&L and operational performance for the Grapevine, TX distribution center, overseeing all fulfillment functions for a site managing $30M+ in product flow and a team of 100–120 employees[RW1.1]. This role reports to the Sr Director of Global Warehouse Operations (the Director) and will manage 4 direct reports, 2 to 3 shifts based on seasonal needs.

This is a true player-coach leadership role: the person in this seat leads from the floor, works alongside their team when needed, and is fully capable of running the entire warehouse autonomously based on Director's strategic direction. The role is responsible for identifying and implementing initiatives to improve facility performance.
