About Company: Kundlas Consulting Group LLC is a professional consulting firm specializing in construction inspection and compliance services for public infrastructure projects. Our core services include on-site inspection of roadway, bridge, and utility construction to ensure adherence to engineering specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements.

We support clients with daily reporting, materials testing coordination, schedule tracking, and quality assurance oversight. Additional services include project management, grants management for federally funded infrastructure and disaster recovery programs.

About the Role

The Architect will provide architectural design, technical review, construction support, and coordination services for USACE facilities and infrastructure projects. Location: Position is on-site (Location to be determined) Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Registered Architect license where required.

Experience developing or reviewing architectural plans and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

USACE experience preferred. Federal facility design experience preferred. Revit/BIM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and review architectural designs. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals. Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines. Perform code and accessibility reviews. Participate in site investigations and construction-phase services. Support design reviews and project closeout.
