Job description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the Executive Team and a strategic partner to the President, ownership, and Board. This role provides financial leadership, operational insight, and disciplined oversight to support growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. The CFO leads all financial functions—including accounting, FP&A, treasury, credit and collections, tax, audit, and risk management.
In a family-owned environment, the CFO supports ownership priorities, including family office coordination, real estate oversight, and long-term financial planning.
