Sales Executive

Role Purpose To promote and sell new vehicle models while achieving sales and conversion targets, managing customer leads effectively, and delivering a professional and seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers professionally and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences. Handle all assigned customer leads within the required 30-minute response time . Present and explain vehicle features, specifications, performance, benefits, and available options. Explain brand services available at the point of sale, including vehicle registration, insurance, and aftersales services.

Collect all required customer documents to ensure deals are processed and invoiced accurately. Monitor and understand market pricing and competitor price movements. Recommend suitable accessories and optional equipment based on customer requirements. Achieve assigned monthly vehicle sales targets. Achieve the required sales conversion rate targets.

Prepare accurate vehicle quotations, including prices, discounts, financing requirements, and payment options. Advise customers on current and upcoming availability of new vehicle models. Schedule showroom visits and appointments with potential customers. Follow up with live bookings and sales opportunities until vehicle delivery is completed.

Coordinate vehicle delivery with the Delivery Specialist to ensure a smooth handover. Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process. Attend product training, sales meetings, and other development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales performance. Maintain accurate customer information, sales orders, and other relevant records in the required systems.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company and brand positively at all times. Build strong customer relationships by providing a friendly, professional, and helpful experience. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience , preferably within a new-car sales or automotive dealership environment .

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Sales Skills: Strong understanding of new-car sales processes and showroom operations. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and conversion rates. Strong lead management and customer follow-up skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles. Good knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, benefits, and accessories.

Experience preparing quotations, calculating discounts, and explaining financing options. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is required . Software & Computer Skills: Computer literate with the ability to use standard computer applications, CRM/sales systems, and digital customer management platforms.
