Job description

The Role We are currently looking to appoint an Intermediate Land Surveyor to support a growing surveying team working on projects. This role would suit a surveyor who already has hands-on site experience and is confident working independently on surveys, while still looking to develop technically and progress within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out land and topographical surveys across a range of sites Working independently on site using Total Station and GPS/GNSS equipment Setting up survey control and completing accurate data capture Downloading, processing and checking survey data Producing or assisting with the production of survey drawings using AutoCAD Ensuring surveys are delivered accurately, on time and to specification Adhering to company health & safety procedures at all times Liaising with engineers, project managers and senior surveyors Requirements About You Previous experience in land or topographical surveying Confident using Total Station and GPS equipment without close supervision Experience producing or contributing to survey drawings Good understanding of site procedures and safe working practices Full UK driving licence Skills & Experience Background in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or similar Proficient or working knowledge of AutoCAD Strong attention to detail and accuracy Able to manage own workload and site activities Good communication and teamwork skills
