Job Description Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate banking clients, including evaluating loan applications, conducting credit reviews, and delivering appropriate financing solutions. Identify clients' financing needs and cross-sell a broad range of banking products and services to maximise portfolio profitability.

Monitor portfolio performance, facility utilisation, asset quality, and profitability while ensuring prudent risk management. Build strong client relationships and establish yourself as a trusted banking advisor to corporate customers. Develop and maintain a strong network of business contacts, industry players, and referral sources to generate business opportunities.

Negotiate financing structures and pricing to achieve optimal returns while meeting clients' requirements. Deliver assigned business, revenue, asset growth, and customer acquisition targets with speed and quality. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.

Keep abreast of market developments, industry trends, and economic conditions affecting clients and their businesses. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline. Proven track record in corporate banking, commercial banking, business banking, or corporate sales within the financial services industry.

Strong experience in originating and managing credit facilities, financing solutions, and corporate client relationships. Strong credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk management capabilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a client-facing sales environment. Excellent business acumen with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, resilient, and capable of building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers. Strong understanding of banking regulations, KYC/CDD requirements, and compliance standards.
