Programme Highlights

• One-year fully structured training programme

• Annual training salary of $23,000, plus attractive benefits

• Sponsorship for Boat Master License

• Sponsorship for STCW Certification (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping)

• First Aid and Lifeguarding certification included

• Guaranteed employment contract upon successful completion

• Completion bonus of $3,000

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 17 years of age or older

• Minimum of a high school diploma

• Previous boating experience preferred

• Open exclusively to Turks and Caicos Islands Permanent Residents

• Must be based in South Caicos
