Job description
The Insurance Collector is responsible for maintaining current knowledge of insurance billing regulations governing both emergency and non-emergency ambulance transports, ensuring full compliance across all payer requirements. Generate and distribute departmental reports to support ongoing performance monitoring. Proactively follow up on outstanding insurance claims to drive timely resolution and minimize aging accounts receivable.
