Quality Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW

UDF is currently seeking Quality and Food Safety Technicians at our Ice Cream plant located in Norwood, OH.

The hours for this position will be 9:30 pm to 6:00 am. Sunday through Thursday. However, there may be times where overtime and additional days are required. This will be a start up shift for one of the lines. There may also a rotational time that may be required, for about an hour every third Saturday for plating. Hours for training may be different.

This position is responsible for performing a variety of quality assurance audits on incoming products in-process production as well as finished products to ensure that they meet regulatory and company standards of quality and food safety. Also also assist in executing additional FSQ activities and procedures.
