About the Role

People. Connect is looking for a Senior Director of Growth to build and scale Omni. Watch’s growth engine across acquisition, conversion, activation, monetization, and retention. Success in this role means creating a repeatable growth system that improves customer economics and drives profitable, sustainable growth. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who wants to build, not simply step into an established playbook.

Omni. Watch is central to People. Connect’s growth plans, and the person in this seat will have significant influence over how far and how fast the business scales. You will identify the highest-impact growth opportunities, determine what needs to be built or improved, and lead execution across Product, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Creative, and Analytics.

This is a hands-on growth role that sits at the intersection of performance marketing and product. We are looking for someone who can connect acquisition, conversion, onboarding, pricing, monetization, and retention into one coherent growth strategy. You should be energized by finding opportunities, testing ideas, solving problems, and building capabilities that do not exist today.

You will own the Omni. Watch growth roadmap, the economics behind it, and the operating cadence required to move it forward. This includes direct ownership of the product backlog and priorities required to turn growth opportunities into shipped work. You should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution, whether analyzing CAC and LTV, evaluating acquisition performance, improving onboarding or pricing, writing product requirements, working through sprint priorities with Engineering, or presenting recommendations to executive leadership.

This role requires someone who can move quickly, get into the details when needed, and take direct ownership for moving work forward across functions. The right person has built and scaled consumer subscription businesses, knows how to turn data into action, and wants clear accountability for business results. What You'll Own Growth Strategy and Acquisition ● Own Omni.

Watch’s growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, onboarding, monetization, and retention, with accountability for the economics behind growth. ● Connect acquisition messaging, creative, landing experiences, lifecycle communications, and offers so that channel spend converts effectively. ● Guide creative and channel testing, and use CAC, LTV, payback, and cohort performance to recommend where incremental budget should be allocated.

Growth Product Roadmap ● Own the Omni. Watch growth roadmap and product backlog, prioritizing work based on expected customer and revenue impact. ● Translate growth opportunities into requirements, product specs, experiment briefs, and success criteria, and work directly with Engineering through sprint execution and delivery.

● Serve as the single point of accountability for what ships and when, securing the Engineering, Design, Creative, and Analytics capacity needed to move priorities forward. Funnel Performance, Experimentation, and Monetization ● Own funnel performance across conversion, activation, monetization, retention, and churn, and forecast how roadmap initiatives are expected to move those metrics.

● Own funnel performance across conversion, activation, monetization, retention, and churn, and forecast how roadmap initiatives are expected to move those metrics. ● Build and run a disciplined experimentation program across acquisition, landing experiences, checkout, pricing, offers, onboarding, upsell, and retention.

● Recommend pricing, packaging, and offer strategies in partnership with Product and Finance, and translate Omni. Watch’s differentiators into propositions that convert. ● Own growth instrumentation and reporting in partnership with Analytics, and present results and recommendations to executive leadership with a clear point of view on what to do next.

What We're Looking For

● Experience operating across both product and performance marketing, with meaningful ownership of acquisition economics and the product and funnel decisions that drive conversion, activation, monetization, and retention. ● 8+ years across growth, product management, growth product, or performance marketing, with substantial experience owning consumer growth.

● Demonstrated success growing a high-volume consumer subscription business, with measurable accountability for acquisition, conversion, monetization, and retention. ● Proven experience managing and scaling significant paid acquisition budgets profitably across multiple channels, with direct accountability for CAC, payback, and channel performance.

● Direct product operating experience, including owning priorities, writing clear requirements, and working with Engineering through backlog and sprint execution. ● Strong analytical and experimentation judgment. You can work directly with performance and customer data, design disciplined tests, identify what matters, and turn results into clear business decisions.

● A hands-on, builder mindset with a track record of creating or materially improving growth capabilities and leading significant cross-functional work through teams you do not directly manage. What Will Make You Especially Strong ● Experience in identity protection, cybersecurity, fintech, consumer financial products, insurance, digital safety, or another high-trust consumer category.

● Experience marketing products to consumers age 50+. ● Depth in lifecycle marketing, pricing, packaging, subscription monetization, or mobile app activation. ● Experience with cross-sell, bundled acquisition, or growth across multiple consumer brands. How You'll Measure Success Success in this role will be measured by business outcomes, not roadmap volume.

You will be accountable for improving the efficiency and scale of customer acquisition, increasing conversion and activation, strengthening customer economics, improving retention, and building a repeatable experimentation engine that consistently identifies new sources of profitable growth. Just as importantly, you will create clarity across teams.

Leadership should know what the highest-impact growth opportunities are, why we are pursuing them, what is shipping, and what the results tell us to do next. Salary Range This position is exempt (salaried). Min: $195,000 Mid: $205,000 Max: $215,000 Target Annual Bonus: Up to 25%, based on individual and company performance The pay range reflects the salary amount the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position.
