Superintendent

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day field execution of commercial, tenant improvement (TI), and multifamily construction projects. The Superintendent serves as the onsite leader and is accountable for project safety, quality, scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, site logistics, and successful project delivery.

This role works closely with Project Managers, estimators, owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and company standards.
